Bogolanfini Mud Cloth

These mudcloth pieces were created by Baba Wagué Diakité at the Ko-Falen Cultural Center in Bamako, Mali, where he works alongside master mudcloth artisans. Rooted in the tradition of bògòlanfini, each piece is hand-dyed using fermented mud reflecting a cultural legacy. Diakité continues this lineage while teaching the next generation and exploring his own visual storytelling through the medium.
